William Bartholomew has been in the “party business” since 1977. He started as a DJ for Annabel’s Nightclub and Juliana’s Sound Services, then set up William Bartholomew Party Organising (WBPO) in the 1980s. He has organised events all over the world. His impressive C.V. includes parties for the Royal Family, Embassies, private clients, companies and hotel groups. William is recognised as one of the best in the business. His parties are legendary. HOW WE WORK
William Bartholomew Party Organising is a small and friendly company. With a keen eye for detail, we have a proven track record, and many returning clients. We love working closely with clients to bring their party to life. Alongside our team, we work with the best sub-contractors in the business. We pride ourselves on creating original events for you. Whether you are having a party for 10,000 people or 10, we can manage any sized event effortlessly. WBPO means style, integrity and discretion. Nothing is too much trouble, and we can help you with absolutely everything. Our parties are unique, bespoke and of course, fun!
William Bartholomew is committed to providing outstanding events in a reliable and sustainable way with respect to social and environmental issues.We own our own top class furniture, decor, lighting, discotheques, sound and technical equipment, reducing our need to subcontract suppliers with multiple vehicles. Lighting is entirely LED and we use solar-powered generators where possible.
The marquees we use are manufactured in the UK and the carpets are recycled. Whilst we are delighted to work with your ‘connections’, we are increasingly keen to source excellent local caterers, florists and produce where possible.
