‘I started my party career in 1976 by joining the legendary Juliana’s Sound Service, running their mobile disco division and DJing every night. A few years later, I juggled Juliana’s alongside DJing at Annabel’s Nightclub 3 nights a week. In the Summer of 1989 I founded William Bartholomew Party Organising (WBPO); putting together dazzling marquees, top class entertainment, lighting, food and flowers for clients. I’ve never looked back!

The Enchanted Garden
We organised a wonderful 50th birthday at the famous Waterside Inn, Bray. Our brief was: “Enchanted Garden”. The client wanted surreal, whacky, out of this world. In a matter of hours we built a stunning marquee. A starcloth roof, nightclub lighting, chill out furniture and an illuminated dance floor to provide a seamless extension to the restaurant. A seriously memorable evening!
